This agreement begins on the effective date and runs for an initial term of twelve months. Unless either party gives notice, it renews for successive twelve month terms on the same conditions.
Either party may end the agreement for convenience with thirty days written notice. Fees already paid are not refundable once a term has begun.
Notice must be sent in writing to the address on record. A renewal takes effect the day after the current term ends, so a notice sent late carries into the next term.
